The http_port tag specifies the port on which the Squid server should listen, which is by default set to 3128. If more than one network card is present in your server, you can tell Squid to listen on one interface only by specifying the IP address used on that interface as well, for example 192.168.0.1:3128.
Note It is bad practice to use the server that is offering the Squid proxy service as a router. It should be behind the firewall in the "demilitarized zone." Since it doesn't have to route packets, one network card should be enough for your Squid proxy server.
